Yoga Mat Bags

Manduka yoga mat bags for carrying your mat to class, to work and on trips. Four models, from a simple bag with a strap to a water-resistant bag.

How to choose a yoga mat bag

You choose a mat bag by how much you carry and where. If you only carry your mat and keys, a simple bag with a strap is enough. If you also carry a block, a strap and a towel, you need a bag with pockets. For outdoor practice, a water-resistant material is useful.

Which models are there?

  • Manduka Commuter: a bag for everyday carrying, with an adjustable shoulder strap and pockets, in five colors.
  • Manduka Breathe Easy: a breathable fabric, a roomy main compartment and extra pockets.
  • Manduka GO Light 3.0: reinforced handles, an ergonomic shoulder strap and side pockets.
  • Manduka GO Play 3.0: a water-resistant material and several compartments.

A bag or a carrying strap?

A carrying strap only holds a rolled-up mat. A bag protects it from dust and rain and holds more, so it is more practical if you go to class from work or by public transport. For a short trip from home to the studio, a light bag with one strap is enough.

Does the bag fit every mat?

The models fit standard yoga mats. If you have a particularly thick, wide or long mat, write to us before you order and we will check whether it fits.
