Returns and Refund Policy

A customer who buys goods through the YogaFlow website has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the goods.

To withdraw, send a clear statement to recepcija@musclebeach.co.rs with your order number, full name, contact details and the item you are returning. The goods must be sent no later than 14 days after you send the withdrawal statement, to Milutina Milankovića 9đ, 11070 Belgrade.

When you withdraw without giving a reason, you pay the cost of the return shipment. We refund the money within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal statement, and YogaFlow may wait until it receives the returned goods or proof that they have been sent back.

You are responsible for any loss in value of the goods if the product has been used more than is needed to check its characteristics. Please return the product clean, with its accessories and packaging where available.

If a product is defective, does not work properly or does not match its description, you can file a complaint at recepcija@musclebeach.co.rs. YogaFlow is liable for any lack of conformity of the goods for two years from delivery. We respond to complaints within the legal deadline, no later than 8 days after receiving them.
