Privacy Policy

This policy explains which personal data the YogaFlow shop collects, why it collects it and how it protects it, in line with the Law on Personal Data Protection of the Republic of Serbia.

What data we collect

Data you enter when ordering: full name, delivery address, phone number, email address and any note with your order.
Order data: products, amount, payment method and delivery status.
Data you send through the contact form or when you sign up for our mailing list.
Technical data needed for the website to work: cart and session cookies, and visit data (source of the visit, device) when you consent to it.

We do not store payment card data. Card payments are processed by the bank on its own secure page, and we only receive confirmation that the payment succeeded.

Why we use it

To process and deliver your order and keep you informed about its status (performance of a contract).
To answer your questions, complaints and refund requests.
To meet our legal obligations, for example keeping accounting records.
To send you offers and news, only if you have signed up for our mailing list. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Who we share it with

The courier service: name, address and phone number, for delivery.
The bank, to process card payments.
The hosting provider whose servers run the website.
Public authorities, when the law requires it.

We do not sell your data or pass it on to third parties for any other purpose.

How long we keep it

We keep order data for as long as accounting and consumer protection laws require. We keep mailing list data until you unsubscribe. We keep messages from the contact form for as long as we need them to reply.

Your rights

You have the right to request access to your data, its correction or deletion, restriction of processing and data portability, and to object to processing. You can withdraw your consent at any time. Send your request to recepcija@musclebeach.co.rs. If you believe your rights have been violated, you can contact the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection.

Cookies

The website uses necessary cookies for the cart and for signing in to your account. Cookies for measuring visits and for advertising are used only with your consent.
