Frequently asked questions
How and when will my order arrive?
YogaFlow currently delivers only within Serbia, with free shipping. We process orders within 1 to 2 business days, and the expected delivery time is 2 to 4 business days from dispatch. Once your parcel is on its way, you will receive a notification with a tracking number. Delivery times are indicative and may vary due to public holidays, force majeure, courier service operations or incorrect delivery details.
Can I return a product?
You can withdraw from the purchase without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the goods. To start the process, send a clear statement with your order details to the address listed in our refund policy. If you withdraw without a reason, the cost of return shipping is paid by the customer. Full terms, refund timelines and the complaints procedure are set out in our refund policy.
Where is the product made?
The country of manufacture depends on the brand and the specific model. Where this information is confirmed, it is listed in the product description. If origin matters to your purchase, contact us before ordering and we will check the specific item for you.
How do I clean my mat or yoga accessory?
Different materials need different care, so we do not recommend a single cleaning product for the whole catalog. Follow the instructions in the product description and the manufacturer's guidelines. Do not use harsh cleaners, machine washing or soaking unless this is explicitly allowed for that product.
How should I store my mat?
Put your mat away only once it is completely dry, and store it in a dry place out of direct sunlight. The right way to roll or fold it depends on the material, so follow the instructions in the description of that specific model.
